Why Did We Create MEAT?

As the Isle of Wight summer fades, we’re bringing the BBQ indoors and cranking up the flavour with MEAT - our new smoked meat brand! Through the sunny months, we ran Friday Club, grilling up fresh Isle of Wight steaks on an Argentinian grill, but chilly weather meant we needed a cozy indoor twist. So, we’ve set up a Texan-style BBQ pit smoker, where we’re cooking meats low and slow over oak and hazelwood with our signature rubs. Now, you can enjoy our delicious smoked brisket, pork, and ribs, all paired with our epic cocktails, in a warm, welcoming space through the winter. And we’re not stopping there - local food spots on the island loved our smoked meats so much they wanted them on their own menus! We’re thrilled to team up and bring the unique, smoky goodness to more of the Isle of Wight.
