DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
Our commitment to you is simply this - we promise to get your order on its way as soon as is physically possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days, although in many cases your order will be winging its way to you sooner than this.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer 3 methods of getting your order to you:
1) TRACKED SHIPPING BY ROYAL MAIL SECOND CLASS SERVICE
We will always send your products to you via this tracked service, for delivery to your specified address.
- FREE delivery on all orders over £30
- £4.10 for all orders under £30
2) FREE COLLECTION FROM RYDE
If you're an Isle of Wight based customer or visiting the island, why not choose our FREE Collection service from our business address at 54 The Strand, Ryde PO33 1JD, just behind the Esplanade and in close proximity to the Hovercraft and Wightlink Fastcat services?
If you select this option at checkout we'll get in touch to arrange for you to meet us.
