Adam & Kate Towner are no strangers to innovation. They launched pop up bars and restaurants in London, taking over galleries, empty buildings and workspaces creating unique cocktail and culinary experiences for an eclectic audience. Satisfying the most discerning high brow suited and booted corporate clients through to salt of the earth working class Londoners was no mean feat…… But they found a way!!

Swapping the chaotic and relentless London lifestyle for the Isle of Wight in 2016 was a bold step. The ambitious couple were keen to adjust quickly to island life, start a family and begin exploring new opportunities.

As a huge fan of making, serving and drinking cocktails, Adam dreamed of delivering perfect bar strength cocktails for all, without requiring the skills of a seasoned mixologist.

The result?........... The Isle of Wight Cocktail Co.

The company was born in 2020 through a passion for making and serving high quality cocktails, bringing fun and joy to the masses whilst embracing the challenges of adapting from a hectic city life to a new island life. It’s been an exciting journey. The family business has grown rapidly. The products and business have won prestigious awards and the company continues to go from strength to strength.
