Traditionally made with espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and sugar, it’s shaken over ice and strained into a coupe to create a strong, caffeine-forward cocktail with a creamy texture and a foamy head from the coffee crema.

Our version is built around our own coffee liqueur base made from rum, coffee and sugar,
finished with vodka. This gives a deeper coffee flavour, natural sweetness, and a consistently smooth finish.
